Mike Heidt

Mike Heidt, born on November fourth, nineteen sixty-three, is a distinguished former professional ice hockey defenceman who made significant contributions to the sport. Originally hailing from Canada, Heidt later represented Germany on the international stage, showcasing his skills and dedication to the game.

Heidt's professional journey began when he was selected twenty-seventh overall by the Los Angeles Kings in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft. He made his NHL debut during the 1983–84 season, appearing in six games with the Kings. However, the majority of his career, spanning from nineteen eighty-three to nineteen ninety-eight, unfolded in Germany, where he became a prominent figure in the ice hockey community.

Internationally, Heidt proudly donned the German national team jersey, participating in several prestigious tournaments. Notably, he represented Germany at the 1992 Winter Olympics and competed in the World Championships in both nineteen ninety-two and nineteen ninety-six, further solidifying his legacy in the sport.
