Mike Kroeger

Mike Kroeger, born on June twenty-fifth, nineteen seventy-two, is a distinguished Canadian musician renowned for his role as the bassist and a founding member of the iconic rock band Nickelback. The band originated in Hanna, Alberta, in nineteen ninety-five, where Mike teamed up with his younger brother Chad Kroeger, cousin Brandon Kroeger, and close friend Ryan Peake.

Nickelback achieved international fame in the early two-thousands, particularly following the release of their third studio album, Silver Side Up. This album featured the hit single 'How You Remind Me,' which was celebrated as the most-played song of two thousand two and earned the title of the most-played song of the decade from two thousand to two thousand ten.
