Mike Sweeney

Mike Sweeney, born on July 22, 1973, is a distinguished American former Major League Baseball player known for his versatility on the field. Over the course of his career, he primarily played as a designated hitter and first baseman, showcasing his skills with the bat and his strategic understanding of the game.

His professional journey began with the Kansas City Royals, where he spent the first thirteen seasons of his major league career.
