Miki Fujimoto

Miki Fujimoto, born on February 26, 1985, is a multifaceted Japanese talent known for her work as a singer, actress, and model. Professionally recognized by her birth name, she is affectionately nicknamed Mikitty. Her journey in the entertainment industry began when she auditioned for the popular girl group Morning Musume, although she did not succeed in joining the fourth generation members.

In 2002, Fujimoto made her debut as a solo artist under the Hello! Project umbrella with the release of her single 'Aenai Nagai Nichiyōbi.' This marked the beginning of her successful career in music, showcasing her vocal talents and unique style.

Fujimoto's persistence paid off when she joined Morning Musume in 2003 as part of the sixth generation. Her leadership qualities shone through, and she eventually became the leader of the group in 2007, guiding her fellow members and contributing to the group's continued success.
