Born on August 13, 1988, Karen Marie Aagaard Ørsted Andersen, known professionally as MØ, is a talented Danish singer and songwriter. She embarked on her musical journey by signing a recording contract with Sony Music Entertainment in 2012, which paved the way for her debut extended play, Bikini Daze, released in 2013, followed by her first studio album, No Mythologies to Follow, in 2014.
MØ gained significant recognition in 2014 when she collaborated with Australian rapper Iggy Azalea on the single 'Beg for It', which marked her first entry on the US Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number twenty-seven.
