Mohamed Kallon, born on October sixth, nineteen seventy-nine, is a prominent Sierra Leonean football manager and former player, currently leading the Sierra Leone national team. Renowned for his skills as a striker, Kallon is celebrated as one of the most famous footballers to emerge from Sierra Leone.
His professional journey began in Switzerland with Lugano, before he made his mark in Italy, playing for several clubs including Bologna, Genoa, Cagliari, Reggina, and Vicenza. Kallon’s career reached new heights during his time at Inter Milan from two thousand one to two thousand four, where he gained international recognition.
After his tenure at Inter, Kallon continued to showcase his talent at Monaco for three years, followed by stints in Greece with AEK Athens, and later in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, China, and India.
