Nancy Ajram

Nancy Ajram, born on May 16, 1983, is a celebrated Lebanese singer and television personality, often referred to as the 'Queen of Arab Pop' by Spotify. Her musical journey began in childhood, supported by her father, as she showcased her talent on various television shows. At just fifteen, she signed a recording contract with EMI and released her debut album, Mihtagalak, in 1998. Despite her young age, she was accepted into the Syndicate of Professional Artists in Lebanon, marking the start of her illustrious career.

Ajram's breakthrough came with her collaboration with renowned producer Jiji Lamara, leading to the release of her hit single 'Akhasmak Ah' and her third studio album, Ya Salam, in 2003. This album marked a turning point in her career, as she adopted a more sensual image and reinvented her musical style. Her subsequent album, Ah W Noss, released in 2004, solidified her status as a pop icon in the Middle East, featuring chart-topping singles that captivated audiences.

In 2007, she ventured into children's music with her album Shakhbat Shakhabit, which became a significant success. Ajram has also made history as the first female spokesperson for Coca-Cola in the Arab world, creating promotional anthems that became instant hits. Between 2013 and 2017, she served as a judge on MBC's Arab Idol and became a coach on The Voice Kids Arabia in 2016.
