Her remarkable journey took her to the 2016 Summer Olympics, where she participated in the women's fifty metre freestyle event, finishing with a time of twenty-seven point forty-six seconds and ranking fifty-sixth.

Grand'Pierre holds dual citizenship in the United States and Haiti, reflecting her deep connection to both cultures. She is a proud graduate of Whitefield Academy in Georgia and earned her degree from the University of Chicago in the class of two thousand nineteen.
