Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Natalya Estemirova

Natalya Estemirova, born on February twenty-eighth, nineteen fifty-eight, was a prominent Russian journalist, human rights defender, writer, and lecturer. She dedicated her life to advocating for human rights, particularly in the tumultuous region of Chechnya, where she served as a board member of the esteemed Russian human rights organization Memorial.

On July fifteenth, two thousand nine, Estemirova was tragically abducted from her home in Grozny, Chechnya, around eight thirty in the morning. At the time of her abduction, she was deeply involved in investigating extremely sensitive cases of human rights abuses. Eyewitnesses reported seeing her being forcibly taken away, as she shouted for help, declaring that she was being abducted.

Her life was cut short when her remains were discovered later that day, at four thirty in the afternoon, in a wooded area near the village of Gazi-Yurt, Ingushetia. The discovery revealed that she had suffered fatal bullet wounds to her head and chest, a grim testament to the dangers faced by those who dare to speak out against injustice.
