Nazlı Tolga

Nazlı Tolga, born on November eighth, nineteen seventy-nine, in Ankara, Turkey, is a prominent Turkish-Dutch journalist, educator, and television host. She grew up in a Muslim-Turkish family with roots in Samsun and Malatya, and her multicultural background is reflected in her fluency in Turkish, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.

After completing her elementary and high school education at the American College of Istanbul, Tolga pursued her passion for communication at Marmara University, where she studied journalism. Her career in journalism began in nineteen ninety-eight at Kanal D Haber, and she has since made significant contributions to various media outlets, including Show TV, Skyturk, and Fox, where she served as the anchorwoman for the leading local and foreign affairs program, FOX Ana Haber, as well as her own show, Nazlı Tolga ile Haber Masası.

In September twenty-thirteen, Tolga married Dutch businessman Lawrence Brenninkmeyer in a ceremony held at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Istanbul. The couple has since welcomed two daughters into their family. Currently, she divides her time between Brazil, London, and Shanghai, embracing a diverse lifestyle.

Since converting to Roman Catholicism in twenty-thirteen, Tolga has continued to evolve both personally and professionally, making her mark as a respected figure in journalism and education.
