Nerlens Noel

Nerlens Noel, born on April 10, 1994, is a former professional basketball player who made his mark in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Known for his versatility on the court, he played primarily as a center and power forward. His journey in basketball began at a young age, where he quickly rose to prominence as one of the top high school players in the class of 2012.

Noel's collegiate career at the University of Kentucky was cut short due to a significant injury, as he suffered a tear of his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) during his first season. Despite this setback, his talent did not go unnoticed, and he was selected as the sixth overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft by the New Orleans Pelicans. However, his rights were subsequently traded to the Philadelphia 76ers, where he began his professional career.
