Nick Bonino, born on April twentieth, nineteen eighty-eight, is a distinguished American former professional ice hockey player. Over the course of his fifteen-season career in the National Hockey League (NHL), he showcased his skills as a center for several teams, including the Anaheim Ducks, Vancouver Canucks, Pittsburgh Penguins, Nashville Predators, Minnesota Wild, San Jose Sharks, and New York Rangers. Additionally, he spent one season in the ICE Hockey League (ICEHL) playing for HK Olimpija.
Before embarking on his collegiate journey at Boston University, Bonino was selected in the sixth round of the two thousand seven NHL entry draft, being the one hundred seventy-third overall pick by the San Jose Sharks. However, his rights were traded to the Anaheim Ducks prior to his signing, leading him to play three seasons with the Boston University Terriers before turning professional with the Ducks.
