Nick Oliveri, born on October twenty-first, nineteen seventy-one, is an American multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter renowned for his dynamic contributions to the rock music scene. He first gained prominence as the bassist for the influential stoner rock band Kyuss, before making his mark with Queens of the Stone Age from nineteen ninety-eight to two thousand four.
Beyond his work with these iconic bands, Oliveri has established himself as a prolific solo artist and a sought-after collaborator. He has lent his talents to numerous projects, including Winnebago Deal, Masters of Reality, Turbonegro, Moistboyz, Svetlanas, and Big Scenic Nowhere, showcasing his versatility across various musical styles.
In addition to his collaborative efforts, Oliveri is the frontman of Mondo Generator, a punk and metal hybrid he formed in nineteen ninety-seven. His passion for music also led him to co-found the stoner rock power trio Stöner, further solidifying his status in the genre.
