Nikola Peković

Nikola Peković, born on January third, nineteen eighty-six, is a distinguished Montenegrin businessman and former professional basketball player. He currently serves as the president of the Basketball Federation of Montenegro, a role that underscores his commitment to the sport in his home country.

Peković's basketball journey began in Europe, where he honed his skills before making a significant impact in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He spent seven successful years with the Minnesota Timberwolves, showcasing his talent as a center standing at six feet eleven inches tall.

Throughout his career, Peković earned recognition as a two-time All-EuroLeague selection, reflecting his prowess on the court. He also proudly represented the senior Montenegrin national basketball team, contributing to the growth and visibility of basketball in Montenegro.
