Norishige Kanai

Norishige Kanai, born on December fifth, nineteen seventy-six, is a distinguished Japanese physician and astronaut affiliated with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). His career is marked by a commitment to both medicine and space exploration, showcasing his diverse skill set and dedication to advancing human knowledge.

In addition to his role as an astronaut, Kanai serves as a lieutenant and Diving Medical Officer in the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, specifically within the Medical Service Division of the First Service School.
