Numan Kurtulmuş

Numan Kurtulmuş, born on March twenty-third, nineteen fifty-nine, is a prominent Turkish economist and politician. He currently holds the esteemed position of Speaker of the Grand National Assembly, a role that underscores his significant influence in Turkish politics.

Between two thousand fourteen and two thousand seventeen, Kurtulmuş served as Deputy Prime Minister in the sixty-second, sixty-third, sixty-fourth, and sixty-fifth governments of the Justice and Development Party (AKP). His tenure was marked by a commitment to economic development and cultural enrichment.

In addition to his role as Deputy Prime Minister, he was appointed Minister of Culture and Tourism from two thousand seventeen to two thousand eighteen, where he focused on promoting Turkey's rich cultural heritage and tourism sector.

Before his time in the AKP, Kurtulmuş led the Felicity Party from two thousand eight to two thousand ten and the People's Voice Party from two thousand ten to two thousand twelve, showcasing his long-standing dedication to public service and political engagement.
