Nur Tatar

Nur Tatar, born on August sixteenth, nineteen ninety-two, is a distinguished Turkish taekwondo athlete renowned for her exceptional skills in the feather, light, and welterweight divisions. Of Kurdish descent, she has made significant contributions to the sport, earning titles as both a World and European champion.

Her journey in taekwondo began at a young age, winning her first medal at just fifteen. Tatar's impressive career includes two victories at the European Junior Taekwondo Championships and multiple gold medals in A-class tournaments across Europe. Notably, she secured a silver medal at the two thousand ten European Taekwondo Championships held in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

In two thousand twelve, Tatar qualified for the Summer Olympics, where she achieved a remarkable silver medal in the sixty-seven kilogram category.
