Oleg Lipchenko, born on July thirteenth, nineteen fifty-seven, is a talented architect and painter who has made significant contributions to the Canadian art scene. Originally hailing from Ukraine, he relocated to Toronto, Ontario in nineteen ninety-nine, where he has continued to develop his artistic career.
His artistic journey began in Poltava, Ukraine, where he studied at the Art School and later pursued a Master of Architecture degree at Poltava Technical University.
