Oleksandr Aliyev, born on February 3, 1985, is a distinguished Ukrainian former professional footballer and current football coach. He made his professional debut for Dynamo Kyiv in 2002 at the young age of seventeen years and six months, quickly establishing himself as a talented midfielder known for his exceptional skills on the field.

Throughout his career, Aliyev garnered a reputation for his remarkable ability to score from direct free kicks. His former coach at Dynamo, Yuri Syomin, praised him as 'the best free kick taker in Europe,' a testament to his technical prowess and precision.
