Orso I Participazio

Orso I Participazio, also known as Orso I Badoer, served as the Doge of Venice from the year eight hundred sixty-four until his death in eight hundred eighty-one. His tenure marked a significant period in the early history of Venice, where he is traditionally recognized as the fourteenth doge, although historical accounts suggest he is more accurately the twelfth.
