P. J. Black

P. J. Black, born on March third, nineteen eighty-one, is a prominent South African professional wrestler, renowned for his dynamic performances in the wrestling arena. Initially known as Justin Gabriel during his tenure with WWE, he has captivated audiences with his athleticism and charisma. A second-generation wrestler, P. J. was trained by his father, which laid the foundation for his illustrious career.

Making his debut at the tender age of sixteen in nineteen ninety-seven, P. J. Black quickly made a name for himself in both the United Kingdom and South Africa. His early achievements include becoming the inaugural winner of the WWP World Cruiserweight Championship in World Wrestling Professionals, showcasing his talent and determination from the outset.

In two thousand eight, P. J. signed a developmental contract with World Wrestling Entertainment, where he was assigned to Florida Championship Wrestling. During his time there, he secured the FCW Florida Tag Team Championship alongside Kris Logan and also claimed the FCW Florida Heavyweight Championship. His journey continued as he competed in the first season of NXT in February two thousand ten, finishing in third place before joining the main roster in June of the same year as part of The Nexus.

Throughout his career, P. J. Black has been a part of various factions, including The Corre, and has formed a successful tag team with Heath Slater. Together, they won the WWE Tag Team Championship three times between two thousand ten and two thousand eleven, marking the pinnacle of his success in WWE. In addition to his achievements in WWE, he also captured the TNA King of the Mountain Championship during his brief crossover appearances with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in two thousand fifteen.
