Pallavi Joshi, born on April fourth, nineteen sixty-nine, is a distinguished Indian actress, screenwriter, and film producer, primarily recognized for her contributions to Hindi films and television. Hailing from Mumbai, she was born to Marathi parents who were stage actors, which undoubtedly influenced her early passion for the performing arts.
Joshi made her acting debut at the tender age of four in the Hindi film Naag Mere Sathi, released in nineteen seventy-three. After a series of appearances as a child artist, she gained significant acclaim in the parallel cinema movement, starring in critically lauded films such as Bhujangayyana Dashavathara, Rihaee, Rukmavati Ki Haveli, and Woh Chokri.
