Pat Cox

Pat Cox, born on November twenty-eighth, nineteen fifty-two, is a distinguished Irish politician, journalist, and television presenter. He is best known for his tenure as President of the European Parliament from two thousand two to two thousand four, a role that highlighted his commitment to European integration and governance.

Before ascending to the presidency, Cox was an influential figure in the European political landscape, serving as the Leader of the European Liberal Democrat and Reform Party Group from nineteen ninety-eight to two thousand two.
