Patrice Vermette

Patrice Vermette, born in nineteen seventy, is a distinguished Canadian production designer and art director, renowned for his exceptional contributions to the film industry. His artistic vision and meticulous attention to detail have earned him critical acclaim and numerous accolades throughout his career.

Vermette is perhaps best known for his work on the film C.R.A.Z.Y., which garnered him both the Genie Award for Best Art Direction/Production Design at the twenty-sixth Genie Awards and the Jutra Award for Best Art Direction at the eighth Jutra Awards. His remarkable talent was further recognized with an Academy Award for Best Production Design for the epic film Dune at the ninety-fourth Academy Awards.
