Patrick Leonard, born on March fourteenth, nineteen fifty-six, is a distinguished American songwriter, record producer, and keyboardist, renowned for his extensive collaboration with the iconic pop artist Madonna. His contributions to her music are significant, featuring prominently on albums such as True Blue, Who's That Girl, Like a Prayer, I'm Breathless, and Ray of Light. Leonard's musical prowess was showcased during pivotal moments, including his performance at Live Aid in nineteen eighty-five and his role as musical director and keyboardist for both The Virgin Tour and the Who's That Girl World Tour.

Beyond his work with Madonna, Leonard has collaborated with a diverse array of artists, including late-period Pink Floyd, Roger Waters, Elton John, Leonard Cohen, and Michael Jackson, among others. He was also part of the musical groups Toy Matinee and Third Matinee, showcasing his versatility across different musical styles.
