Patrick Sang, born on April 11, 1964, is a distinguished Kenyan running coach and a retired steeplechase runner. His athletic career is marked by remarkable achievements, including three silver medals in major 3000 m steeplechase competitions at the World Championships in Athletics in 1991 and 1993, as well as the 1992 Barcelona Summer Olympics. Additionally, he secured a gold medal at the 1987 All-Africa Games held in his home country of Kenya.
