Paul Alivisatos

Paul Alivisatos, born on November twelfth, nineteen fifty-nine, is a distinguished Greek-American chemist and university educator. He currently holds the esteemed position of the fourteenth president of the University of Chicago, a role he has embraced since September twenty twenty-one.

Before his tenure at the University of Chicago, Alivisatos made significant contributions at the University of California, Berkeley.
