Paul Aron

Paul Aron, born on February fourth, two thousand four, is an emerging Estonian racing driver currently serving as a reserve driver for Alpine in Formula One. He has made significant strides in his career, most recently competing in the 2024 FIA Formula 2 Championship with Hitech, where he showcased his talent by securing a maiden victory in Lusail.

Raised in Tallinn, Paul is the younger sibling of renowned sportscar racing driver Ralf Aron. His journey in motorsport began with a successful karting career, highlighted by his triumph at the junior European Championship in two thousand eighteen. This victory paved the way for his transition to junior formulae, where he debuted in both Italian and ADAC F4 with Prema, finishing third in the former as the highest-placed rookie.

In two thousand twenty, Aron advanced to the Formula Renault Eurocup, which later merged with Formula Regional European. He continued to excel, claiming third place in both two thousand twenty-one and two thousand twenty-two with Prema. His impressive performances led him to FIA Formula 3, where he again finished third in his rookie season, marking a consistent upward trajectory in his racing career.

Aron's journey took a significant leap when he debuted at Yas Island in two thousand twenty-three, leading to his graduation to FIA Formula 2 in two thousand twenty-four. As a member of the Mercedes Junior Team from two thousand nineteen to two thousand twenty-three, he joined Alpine as a reserve driver in two thousand twenty-five, making his free practice debut at the British Grand Prix. Additionally, he made his Formula E debut with Envision at the two thousand twenty-four Berlin ePrix, further expanding his racing portfolio.
