Paul Ereng

Paul Ereng, born on August 22, 1967, in Kitale, Trans-Nzoia, Kenya, is a celebrated former middle-distance runner known for his remarkable achievements in athletics. He gained international fame as the unexpected champion of the 800 metres at the 1988 Summer Olympics, a victory that solidified his place in sports history.
