Paul Goldschmidt

Paul Goldschmidt, born on September tenth, nineteen eighty-seven, is a prominent American professional baseball first baseman currently playing for the New York Yankees in Major League Baseball (MLB). His journey in baseball began at The Woodlands High School in Texas, where he was lightly recruited before moving on to play for the Texas State Bobcats. Goldschmidt's talent was recognized when he was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the eighth round of the two thousand nine MLB draft.

Making his MLB debut in two thousand eleven, Goldschmidt quickly established himself as a formidable player. He spent several successful seasons with the Diamondbacks before being traded to the St. Louis Cardinals during the offseason of two thousand eighteen to nineteen. Throughout his career, he has also proudly represented the United States in international competitions.
