His journey in the entertainment industry began as a child actor in the 1980s, but it was during the 1990s that he gained significant recognition, particularly for his performances in the television soap opera The Young and the Restless and the teen comedy She's All That.

Walker rose to international fame with his starring role in The Fast and the Furious, released in two thousand one, which solidified his status as a leading action star.
