Paula Rego

Paula Rego, born on January twenty-sixth, nineteen thirty-five, is a celebrated Portuguese visual artist renowned for her significant contributions to painting and printmaking. Widely regarded as the pre-eminent woman artist of the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries, Rego's work is particularly distinguished by its roots in storybooks, reflecting a unique blend of narrative and visual artistry.
