Pauline Ferrand-Prévot

Pauline Ferrand-Prévot, born on February 10, 1992, is a remarkable French cyclist who has made her mark across multiple cycling disciplines. Currently riding for the UCI Women's World Tour team Visma–Lease a Bike, she has excelled in road racing, mountain biking, cyclo-cross, and gravel cycling, achieving world titles in each category.

In mountain biking, Ferrand-Prévot has showcased her exceptional talent by winning numerous titles at the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships. Her accolades include victories in cross-country events in 2015, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023, as well as marathon titles in 2019 and 2022, and short track championships in 2022 and 2023. Notably, she clinched the gold medal in the cross-country mountain biking event at the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Her prowess extends to road cycling, where she made history as the youngest competitor in the women's road race at the 2012 Summer Olympics, finishing eighth. Ferrand-Prévot's road racing achievements include winning the UCI Road World Championships in 2014, along with the French National Road Race Championships in 2014 and 2015, and the French National Time Trial Championships three times between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, Ferrand-Prévot made history in gravel cycling by becoming the inaugural winner of the UCI Gravel World Championships in 2022.
