He proudly claimed to be the only individual in the world to have translated both Homer's epic and James Joyce's Ulysses, a statement that remains credible even today. His translation repertoire also includes Aristotle's Poetics and J. D. Salinger's The Catcher in the Rye, showcasing his versatility and depth as a translator.
