Perdita Felicien

Perdita Felicien, born on August 29, 1980, is a distinguished Canadian retired hurdler known for her remarkable achievements in athletics. She made her mark on the world stage as the 2003 World Champion in the 100 metres hurdles, showcasing her exceptional talent and determination.
