Peter Claver

Peter Claver, born on June twenty-fourth, fifteen eighty in Verdú, Catalonia, Spain, was a dedicated Spanish Jesuit priest and missionary. His life’s work earned him the esteemed titles of patron saint of slaves, Colombia, and the ministry to African Americans.
