Peter Ittinuar

Peter Freuchen K. Ittinuar, born on January 19, 1950, is a prominent Canadian politician and a trailblazer in the political landscape of Canada. He made history as the first Inuk to be elected as a Member of Parliament, representing the electoral district of Nunatsiaq in the House of Commons from 1979 to 1984.
