Phil McColeman

Phil McColeman, born on March fifteenth, nineteen fifty-four, is a distinguished former Canadian politician known for his impactful service as a Member of Parliament (MP) from two thousand eight to two thousand twenty-one. A member of the Conservative Party, he represented the riding of Brant from two thousand eight until two thousand fifteen, and subsequently the riding of Brantford—Brant from two thousand fifteen until his decision not to seek re-election in the two thousand twenty-one federal election.

Before embarking on his political career, McColeman dedicated twenty-four years to running a successful construction business. His extensive experience in the building industry also led him to serve as the president of the Brantford Homebuilders’ Association, where he contributed significantly to the local construction community.

Throughout his tenure in Parliament, McColeman was known for his commitment to his constituents and his efforts to address the needs of the Brant and Brantford—Brant ridings.
