Pierluigi Collina, born on February thirteenth, nineteen sixty, is a distinguished Italian former football referee whose influence on the sport remains significant. Renowned for his exceptional officiating skills, he was honored as 'The World's Best Referee' by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics for six consecutive years from nineteen ninety-eight to two thousand three.
