Pierre-Alexandre Rousseau

Pierre-Alexandre Rousseau, born on October sixth, nineteen seventy-nine, is a distinguished Canadian freestyle skier known for his exceptional skills in the mogul discipline. Residing in Drummondville, Rousseau has made significant contributions to the sport, showcasing his talent on the world stage.

Rousseau's career highlights include being part of two historic medal podium sweeps during the 2008-09 FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup tour alongside fellow athletes Alexandre Bilodeau and Vincent Marquis. His prowess in the moguls event was further solidified when he claimed the title of world champion at the 2007 Freestyle Ski World Championships.

In addition to his championship title, Rousseau earned a silver medal in the moguls event at the 2001 World Championships held in Blackcomb. His journey to the Olympic Games began later, as he competed in his first Winter Olympics at the age of thirty in 2010, where he impressively placed fifth.
