Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Pierre Malcom Guay

Pierre Malcom Guay, born on March twenty-sixth, eighteen forty-eight, in Saint-Romuald d'Etchemin, Canada East, was a distinguished physician, surgeon, and political figure in Quebec. He was the son of François Xavier Guay and Marie Adelaide Côté, and his early education took place at the Séminaire de Quebec before he pursued a medical degree at the Université Laval, earning his M.D.

In eighteen seventy-four, Guay married Marie Louise Antoinette Roy, and together they contributed to their community. His political career began with his service on the town council of St-Romuald d'Etchemin, where he later held the position of mayor from eighteen eighty-six to eighteen eighty-seven. His commitment to public service extended to his role as a governor of the board of physicians and surgeons for Quebec.

Guay's political journey led him to the House of Commons of Canada, where he represented Lévis as a Liberal member from eighteen eighty-five until eighteen ninety-nine. He was first elected during a by-election in eighteen eighty-five, following the unseating of Isidore-Noël Belleau. Tragically, Guay passed away while still in office at the age of fifty, leaving behind a legacy of dedication to both medicine and public service.
