Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Porcelain Black

Alaina Marie Beaton, known to the world as Porcelain Black, was born on October 1, 1985. This American singer-songwriter and rapper began her musical journey at the tender age of sixteen, initially performing under the name Porcelain and the Tramps with Virgin Records. However, creative differences led to a tumultuous relationship with the label, prompting her to share her music on her Myspace account, "rockcitynosebleed," where she quickly garnered millions of hits.

After three years of navigating the complexities of her contract, Porcelain Black signed with RedOne's Universal Republic imprint, 2101 Records, in late two thousand nine. This partnership was intended to pave the way for her debut album, but internal conflicts with the producer led to the dissolution of their collaboration. Despite these challenges, she remained determined to release her debut album, which she envisioned in the style of her earlier project, Porcelain and the Tramps, in two thousand fifteen.

Porcelain Black's artistic contributions extend beyond her solo work; she has penned songs for notable artists such as One Direction, Orianthi, The Used, and Mexican pop sensation Belinda. As a solo artist, she has released four singles, including "This Is What Rock n' Roll Looks Like," "Naughty Naughty," "One Woman Army," and "Fling," the latter featuring guest vocals from Lil Wayne. Her first two singles made waves on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs chart, while "One Woman Army" achieved remarkable success, becoming a top-forty hit in France, Spain, and Wallonia, and securing the number one spot on France's iTunes chart.

In addition to her musical achievements, Porcelain Black made a memorable appearance in the music video for Jack White's "Freedom at 21" and was invited by Lil Wayne to join him as an opening act on the second half of his I Am Music Tour. Her first televised performance took place on the Late Show with David Letterman, where she showcased her single "This Is What Rock n' Roll Looks Like." Known for her guttural vocals and striking two-toned hair, she blends industrial themes with pop music, creating a unique sound that she describes as the "love child" of Marilyn Manson and Britney Spears.
