Priscilla Frederick, born on February 14, 1989, is a distinguished American-Antiguan athlete renowned for her expertise in the high jump. Raised in Sicklerville, Winslow Township, New Jersey, she initially represented the United States in her athletic pursuits until 2012, when she made a pivotal decision to switch allegiance to Antigua and Barbuda, honoring her father's heritage.

Frederick's athletic journey has been marked by significant achievements, including a commendable seventh-place finish at the US Olympic Trials. After embracing her new national identity, she excelled on the international stage, securing a silver medal in high jump at the 2015 Pan American Games. She successfully defended her title at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, consistently finishing as the runner-up to the talented Saint Lucian high jumper, Levern Spencer.

Her personal bests in high jump stand at an impressive 1.91 metres outdoors, achieved in Toronto in 2015, and 1.90 metres indoors, recorded in Staten Island in 2016. Both marks are celebrated as national records for Antigua and Barbuda.
