Prosper Karangwa, born on May seventeenth, nineteen seventy-eight, is a distinguished Canadian-Rwandan former professional basketball player who has transitioned into a successful front office executive. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Player Personnel for the Philadelphia 76ers in the National Basketball Association (NBA), where he also oversees the General Manager duties for the Delaware Blue Coats in the NBA G League.
