Qapaghan Qaghan, born in the year six hundred and one, was a prominent politician and the second qaghan of the Second Turkic Khaganate. He was the younger brother of Ilterish Qaghan, the first qaghan, and played a crucial role in the history of the Turkic people.
His reign, which lasted from six hundred ninety-one to seven hundred sixteen, is often regarded as the pinnacle of the military and political strength of the Second Turkic Khaganate. Under his leadership, the khaganate experienced significant expansion and consolidation of power, marking a period of great influence in the region.
However, this era of prosperity also foreshadowed the beginning of the khaganate's decline. The complexities of governance and external pressures began to challenge the stability that Qapaghan had worked to establish.
