Quillan Roberts

Quillan Roberts, born on September thirteenth, nineteen ninety-four, is a talented professional footballer who currently serves as a goalkeeper for Western Suburbs in the New Zealand Central League. Originally hailing from Canada, Roberts has made a name for himself on the international stage, representing the Guyana national team after previously playing for Canada at both youth and senior levels.

Roberts began his football journey in the youth ranks of Toronto FC and Portugal FC, showcasing his potential early on. In two thousand twelve, he signed a first-team contract with Toronto FC, marking the start of his professional career. His journey included loan spells with the Wilmington Hammerheads and Toronto FC II, but he was released after the two thousand sixteen season.

Following his time with Toronto FC, Roberts joined Woodbridge Strikers, where he enjoyed significant success, achieving a league and cup double. His outstanding performances earned him accolades such as First Team All Star and Goalkeeper of the Year. Additionally, he contributed to the York University Lions, helping them secure the title in the Ontario University Athletics.

On the international front, Roberts has been capped once for the Canada national team and made a memorable impact during the FIFA Under-17 World Cup in two thousand eleven, where he scored from his own half in one of his three youth appearances.
