This remarkable tenure has earned her a revered status among the Arsenal Ladies Legends.

Throughout her career, Yankey has established herself as one of the most decorated players in women's football. She has clinched the FA Women's National Premier League title seven times, the FA WSL twice, and the FA Women's Cup an impressive eleven times. Additionally, she has triumphed in the FA Women's Premier League Cup six times and secured the UEFA Women's Cup once, representing both Arsenal and Fulham Ladies.

Yankey made her debut in nineteen ninety-seven and went on to represent the England national team on one hundred twenty-nine occasions. At that time, she became the most capped player in England's history, surpassing the previous record held by male goalkeeper Peter Shilton, who had one hundred twenty-five caps.
