Rafael Santos Borré, born on September fifteenth, nineteen ninety-five, is a distinguished Colombian professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for Internacional in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A and represents the Colombia national team.

Borré began his career at Deportivo Cali before making a significant move to Atlético Madrid in two thousand fifteen. He was loaned back to Cali until two thousand sixteen, and later spent time at Villarreal CF in La Liga. In two thousand seventeen, he joined River Plate, where he achieved remarkable success, including winning the prestigious Copa Libertadores in two thousand eighteen and the Recopa Sudamericana in two thousand nineteen. During his tenure, he became River Plate's top scorer under the celebrated coach Marcelo Gallardo, netting fifty-five goals.

In two thousand twenty-one, Borré returned to Europe, signing with Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt. His contributions were pivotal in securing the club's second Europa League title in two thousand twenty-two, where he scored the equalizing goal and converted the winning penalty in the final against Rangers. For his outstanding performances, he earned a spot in the 2021–22 UEFA Europa League Team of the Year.
