Rami Malek

Rami Malek, born on May 12, 1981, in Torrance, California, is an acclaimed American actor known for his diverse roles across television and film. He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Freddie Mercury, the iconic lead singer of Queen, in the biographical film Bohemian Rhapsody (2018). This performance earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Academy Award for Best Actor in 2019, making him the first actor of Egyptian heritage to achieve this honor.

Malek's career began with a foundation in theater, which he studied before making his mark in New York City.
