Ransford Brempong

Ransford Brempong, born on July twenty-second, nineteen eighty-one, is a distinguished former professional basketball player and a proud member of the Canadian National Team. His athletic career includes notable stints with the Fraser Valley Bandits in the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL), where he showcased his skills on the court.

Transitioning from player to coach, Ransford currently serves as the Lead Assistant Coach for the Bandits, where he applies his extensive knowledge of the game to mentor aspiring athletes. His journey in basketball has also seen him take on the role of colour commentator for the team, sharing insights and analysis with fans.

Beyond his coaching and commentary, Ransford is deeply committed to grassroots basketball development through his organization, WCT Hoops. He is dedicated to providing opportunities for the next generation of basketball players in British Columbia, helping them to elevate their game and pursue their dreams.
